A specialty roaster that started in 2012, and good friends of ours. They roast the Weekday Blend, and their bakery makes a custom menu for Weekday, developed together by our R&D team and theirs.

The Sánchez family is our coffee partner. They're the family of a UCF student, and their farms in San Andrés grow most of our espresso blend. We have a direct relationship with the family, with no middleman.

"We are the Sánchez family — Alejandra, Rafael, and Renato Sánchez — young siblings who work the land together. We come from San Andrés, Lempira, a coffee-growing town in Honduras.

We inherited our coffee farms from our grandfather, who began planting coffee back in 1972. Over the generations, we fell in love with the work of growing and harvesting the highest quality coffee, controlling every step of the process, from the plant itself all the way through to exporting green coffee to our buyers around the world.

Our goal is to keep searching for better ways to work the land and care for the plant, so that every harvest yields coffee of outstanding cup quality and every person can delight in drinking it."

Our matcha is Miyama, made by Maruyasu Chagyō in Shiga, Japan, and sourced through Tezumi, which works with small, artisanal Japanese tea producers.
