Our craft
An espresso with a family farm behind it, a matcha picked to shine in milk, and every syrup made by our own team.

Espresso
Our espresso is the Weekday Blend, roasted for us by Lineage Coffee Roasting in Orlando. A light-medium roast, made to be easy to like: chocolate, syrupy, and a sweet berry finish.
Most of the Weekday Blend is coffee from our friends the Sánchez family, grown on their farms in San Andrés, Lempira, Honduras. We have a direct relationship with the family, with no middleman. When you support Weekday, you're supporting that farm.
The rest of the blend rotates. Right now it's a dry-processed Ethiopian lot, chocolatey and berry-like with a syrupy sweetness.
Tasting notes: chocolate, syrupy, sweet berry

Matcha
Our matcha is Miyama, which means "deep in the mountains." It comes from Maruyasu Chagyō, a tea house in Shiga Prefecture, Japan, that has been making tea since 1872.
It's led today by Maeno Yasuharu, who holds the second-highest rank a Japanese tea master can earn. Shiga's teas usually get blended away and sold as Uji tea; Maruyasu gives them their own name. We source it through Tezumi, which works with small, artisanal Japanese tea producers.
Miyama is blended to stand up to milk: vivid green, mellow, and bright. It's easy to love whether you've been drinking matcha for years or this is your first one.

Syrups
Every syrup on our menu is made in our own prep kitchen, by our team.
